Agape Hill
Agape Hill is a complex of 3 dormitory cabins, a dining hall, and the multi-purpose Glovier Chapel. The buildings are centrally heated and cooled. All cabins are sectioned for separate men’s and women’s lodging with bathrooms and showers. They are joined by a 16’ x 16’ meeting room. Beds are double bunks, so bring your own bedding or sleeping bag. Agape Hill cabins can accommodate a maximum of 108 people, 36 to a cabin. If you have a larger group, include the Ritchie Retreat for a total of 122 people. The dining hall and commercial kitchen are equipped to serve 200 people. Camp Overlook can provide food service or you can rent the kitchen facilities to do your own cooking.

10% Discount when your group cleans the building after their event. All groups are expected to return furniture and equipment to their original places in the building. Groups who complete the provided clean-up sheet will receive a 10% discount.
Deposits: ½ Lodging fee is due with your contract within 3 weeks of making your reservation. Deposits are necessary and non-refundable. In the process of holding facilities for one group we turn others away.
Second Installment: The balance of your lodging fee is due 90 days prior to your event. The payment will be credited toward the total bill. The balance of your bill will be computed at the retreat. Camp Overlook encourages reserving groups to collect participant fees early, at least a minimum deposit from group members. This helps to guarantee calendars will be checked and personal commitments are made
Seminar Fees:
Groups can use Agape Hill for day events. Camp Overlook can provide meals for your group, with the minimum number of 30 people. Generally not available on weekends. See rates below.

We encourage groups to invite participants to bring their own smorgasbord of snacks!
Groups may rent the commercial kitchen and dining hall for their own food preparation.
