Each of the sponsoring churches for Overlook Retreat & Camp Ministries is encouraged to appoint an Ambassador from their congregation. In a sense, they are the extended volunteer camp staff serving in the local church.
Ambassadors:
- Represent their church needs and ideas to Overlook
- Receive discounts for their own participation in Overlook programs
- Promote participation & use of Overlook
- Receive discounts for their children / grandchildren
- Invite individuals to experience God at Overlook
- Receive recognition from Overlook for their servanthood
- Receive / disseminate Overlook material at church
- Earn discounts for their congregation
