Regular Room Rate Rooms sleep from 1 to 4 people in twin beds. Beds are ready made and towels are provided. Participants share the cost of each room.

Deposit / Minimum Reservation
A minimum reservation of 4 rooms is required for the use of Blessings Lodge. Camp Overlook reserves the right to place another small group in the building at the same time using different rooms when less than 8 rooms are reserved. There are additional minimums to be met for Food Service.

Camp Overlook encourages reserving groups to collect participant fees early, at least a minimum deposit from group members. This helps to guarantee calendars will be checked and personal commitments are made. A non-refundable deposit for use of the facilities by the group is due with the completed contract within 3 weeks of making a reservation. The deposit is necessary because in the process of holding facilities for one group we turn others away.
Second Deposit Installment An additional non-refundable installment of $25 per room is required 90 days prior to the event. The payment will be credited toward the total bill. Balance will be due at the event.
Seminar Fees: Groups can make use of the meeting rooms at Blessings Lodge for a day event. We can also provide meals during your meeting. Seminars are generally not available on weekends during overnight retreats.

Food Service See Blessings’ Menu Choices to select your group’s food service.
A minimum based on 16 paying guests is required for food service. Exceptions are made for groups using all the rooms in the Lodge. No charge for children under 4 years of age and a 10% discount for children 5-10 years. If your group wants to do your own cooking the kitchen rental is $250 security deposit and a rental fee of $75 for the first day and $50 for each additional day.
Banquets:

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of $ 4.00 per person is required with reservation contract. A minimum of 20 guests is required for Banquets.
