Whether you are planning a church retreat, a summer camp week of your own, or you are trying to get away for the weekend; we have a facility that suits your needs. To find out more information or reserve a facility, please call or email the Camp Overlook office.
Blessings Lodge is similar to hotel accommodations and is located at the South gate of camp. There are 13 rooms that sleep 4 each for a total of 52 guests. There is a dining room and two meeting rooms. This is a stand alone retreat space and is secluded from other areas of camp. Full meal service can be provided if requested or groups can rent the kitchen. Wifi is available in this building and linens are provided.

One Night (weekend): $150
Two Nights (weekend): $220
Monday- Thursday: $100 (First Night)
Extra nights: $70
The Agape Hill Cabins (Faith, Hope and Charity) offer the perfect setting for large - medium group retreats. Each cabin has two large bunk rooms with two large bathrooms and a common room in-between. Each cabin will hold up to 36 people at capacity. All bunk beds have vinyl covered mattresses. Bedding and linens are NOT provided. The Agape Hill Cabins have central heat and two cabins have air conditioning.
When you rent the cabins on Agape Hill you have access to Glovier Chapel and the Dining Hall. Food Service is available for those staying in the Agape Hill Cabins at a per person cost. Minimum required for Food service is 30 people. The kitchen can be rented at an additional cost. Ritchie Retreat is also on Agape Hill and can be rented at an additional cost.

This space is perfect for youth groups to gather together for a meaningful weekend. This building has 4 bedrooms which sleep a total of 30 guests. There is a full kitchen, a dining area, and a spacious meeting area. Swank is located near one of our campfire circle, our sports fields, and the pond.

One Night Weekend (Fri./Sat.): $650
Two Nights Weekend (Fri. & Sat.): $1100
One Night Weekday (Sun.-Thurs.): $400
Extra Nights Weekday (Sun.-Thurs.): $200
The Ritchie Retreat offers the perfect setting for small group retreats. Its four bedrooms and combination meeting /eating room will host up to 16 people. Cooking facility includes stove, refrigerator, microwave, cookware, utensils, table service, and cleanup supplies. Restrooms and entrances are accessible and ADA approved.
The Ritchie Retreat has central heat and air, a fireplace (wood provided), and TV/DVD. Double bunk beds have vinyl covered mattresses. Full size beds have standard home-style mattress covers. Bedding and linens are NOT provided. The building may be used independently of the other Agape Hill facilities or combined with them.

Our replica of Noah's Ark may not be sea-worthy, but it sure beats a tent when you want to go camping. Measuring 80 cubits long it sleeps up to 32 in double stacked berths. A partition divides the Ark into two matching sections with separate doors and decks for meetings. Portholes may be opened for air circulation or closed to keep the weather out. The Ark has electric lighting and outlets but no heat. The Ark's inhabitants will be able to use the restrooms and showers located in the showerhouse, located just a few yards outside of the Ark. This is an ideal facility for youth and children's groups who want to camp, but not rough it too much!

Our pioneer cabins are located in the Family Camp Ground area. There are 4 options for Pioneer Cabins.
Grace & Peace: Sleeps up to 6 people and has hammock hanging capabilities.
Tranquility & Serenity: Sleeps up to 3 people. (one queen size bed and one twin) with a mini fridge and an air conditioner/heater.
Groups in the Pioneer Cabins will have access to the showerhouse facilities for restrooms and showering, located at the end of the Family Campground.

Our adventure sites give you just what the name says, an adventure! It is located a little further in the woods than our normal cabins. It can hold 10-12 people with a dividing wall as long as someone is willing to bring a hammock.
Our adventure site has wire mesh windows, bunk beds, a picnic shelter and a personal fire pit. It does not, however, have running water, electricity, or an on-site restroom. When using our adventure sites you can have access to the shower house at scheduled times.
Rates: $60 per Cabin
Our Family Campground is perfect for tent camping, RVs, and Campers. There are a total of 17 camp sites which have water and electric. A dump station is available at the bathhouse across from the family camp ground.

Other Camp Amenities Rentals
At the center point of fellowship at Camp Overlook is the Agape Hill Dining Hall. With an industrial kitchen available for rent; the Dining Hall can be used for meal times, meeting space, and worship. The kitchen can be divided from the common space with foldable dividers to block out the noise. The Dining Hall also features a screened in porch with plenty of rocking chairs for extra meeting space.

"The Chapel" is where campers and staff have grown closer to God for 60 years. A large space meant with worship in mind, the Chapel features a stone fireplace as well as panoramic glass windows/doors to take in the beautiful woods of Camp Overlook. Given the openness of the space, the Chapel is frequently used for indoor games as well. No matter your needs, Glovier Chapel is bound to meet all of them.

Activity Rentals
The Picnic Pavilion is the perfect place to gather your group for some outdoor food and fellowship. The Pavilion seats approximately 100+ around 15 picnic tables. It has electric lighting, two 110v receptacles and one 220v receptacle. There is a wood fire grill and supply of wood adjacent to the grill.
A modern shower house and ample parking are within yards. A ball field and volleyball court are also nearby.
Rates:
$50 per day
The lake is the perfect place to cool off after a day around camp. With a designated shallow and deep end featuring a water slide, monkey bridge, volleyball net, and 2 docks there is something for everyone. With ample notice, Camp Overlook can provide a lifeguard or groups can choose to sign a waiver and opt-out of use of a lifeguard.
Rates: $50 per 4 hour span with waiver release (no lifeguard)
$50 per 2 hour span with lifeguard
Our new Climbing Wall and Zip-Line are sure to be an adventure for all ages! With 4 different paths that vary in difficulty, the 40 ft. tall Climbing Wall is sure to be a challenge for everyone. Once you've made it to the top you will travel down our 100 ft. Zip-Line and wave to those below! Your rental of this facility includes 2 certified Instructors who will be there to make sure that everyone has a safe and fun time. One session takes 2-3 hours depending on group size.
Rates: $15 per person with a minimum of 6 participants. Minimum cost must be equivalent to 10 people ($150) for use.
Our Gaga Ball Pit is always a hit with our Summer Campers and its sure to be with your group! Our Gaga Ball Pit Recently underwent an upgrade as we now have turf as the bottom surface!
