Ritchie Retreat Rates

Camp Overlook is owned and operated by the United Methodist Church. Non-United Methodist groups are welcome to
use the facilities. Reservations may be made a year in advance, but can only be confirmed for non-United Methodists six months prior to the event. Should such a group be “bumped,” every effort will be made to switch to a satisfactory date or a full refund will be provided. Non-United Methodist groups conducting events on the same corresponding dates for three years will be guaranteed their dates and facility from year to year.
Located on Agape Hill, the Ritchie Retreat offers the perfect setting for small group retreats. It has 4 bedrooms, which can accommodate a maximum of 14 to 16 people and a combination meeting/eating area. The building has kitchen facilities for groups to prepare their own meals and the building is air conditioned.
Fee Schedule Regular Rate Discounted United Methodist Rate
One Night $ 250 $ 200
Two Nights $ 350 $ 290
Extra Nights $ 150 $ 105
10% Discount when your group cleans the building after their event. All groups are expected to return furniture and equipment to their original places in the building. Groups who complete the provided clean-up sheet will receive a 10% discount.
Deposits: ½ Lodging fee is due with your contract within 3 weeks of making your reservation. Deposits are necessary and non-refundable. In the process of holding facilities for one group we turn others away.
Second Installment: The balance of your lodging fee is required 90 days prior to the event. The payment will be credited toward the final bill. Any program fees, etc. will be computed at the retreat.
Seminar Fees: Groups can make use of these facilities to hold a day event. Generally not available on weekends
